With over 20 years in regulated industries, he has founded and been the CEO of multiple companies including a financial software firm, a hedge fund, a proprietary trading firm, an e-pharmacy, and co-founded a chemical Regtech company.
Björn Westberg
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Westberg holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Economics from Linköping University. Experience includes more than 20 years as CFO in listed companies, within IT/Tech and Life Science, including Enea, Jeeves, Recipharm and Bonesupport.
Björn Thornquist
Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Co-founder of Scila AB
Thornquist holds a Medical Degree (MD) from Karolinska Institutet. Thornquist has also studied at the Master of Science Engineering Physics program at the Royal Institute of Technology and Economics at Stockholm University. Experience includes working for Cinnober, HiQ and Strikt Financial Engineering.
Lars Gräns Rodhe

Gräns Rodhe holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from Uppsala University. Experience includes working for the Royal Bank of Scotland, PwC (Financial Services), MTF Burgundy and Vattenfall.
Mattias Sjöblom

Sjöblom holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg. Experience includes working for Nordea Bank, the Swedish Tax Agency and Capgemini, within software development and Regtech initiatives.
Gustaf Gräns
Chief Product Officer (CPO)
Gräns holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and has completed studies in Economics, both from Uppsala University. With a long career at Scila spanning nearly two decades, his tenure includes extensive experience in technical product development and customer delivery, including close collaboration with clients such as Deutsche Börse, Erste Group Bank, and Glencore.
